i fancy dresses.

white isn't my favorite color.

the only time you will catch me in white is in 

the temple.

 i don't know how i feel about this.

they say,

find the dress that fits your body.

but white is SO unflattering to a womens body

it can make a tiny girl look big.

but if you can work it then applauds!!

they say if you go for it...

go for the heal

a high heel

a nude heel

or a metallic heel

well..

i prefer black,

its classy & slimming.

put on a color heal and its summery.

i also prefer cream

because it is pretty much my favorite color.

one month from now i will be home.. don't get me wrong, i love college. but summer is coming and

i will be in the most beautiful place, the place i grew up in.. the place where i learned to do everything in.

fabulous... monday was.
woke up by my niece&nephews
saying... "grandma, says its time to wake up"
the usual saying..
and about died because they were so cute...
bbbut mostly because it was so dang early
to + to that, that day light savings is a killer.

 .yes, kelsey is holding a book of mormon.

 
then
did the daily errands with my dearest mother of mine.
shopping. a given.
grocery store! thanks for the grocery's mom.
pedicure. for spring.

 dinner

with my best friend in the world.Kathryn Young.since, pre-school.pretty cool i know.also, her sister Suzanne Young.joined us. she is like my half sister.the young family is so fab.pretty much my second family.

 

 then came home to watch my favorite show.

.gossip girl.

pretty much the highlight of my week.

sad i know.

but i do just adore it.

to end the night.

i got a massage from my pops

then a warm blessing from my handsome father..

we love working on the farm {ryedale} together.

daddy. thank you so much for being worthy to hold the priesthood.

i know i can always come to you in need.

as i know, i can to the lord.

& it is nice to spend time at home.. especially on a monday.

spring come to me...

for a while now, i have wanted spring to come.
i can feel it.
i can smell it.
but i can't see it
....not quite yet at least

last week, i helped my

grandfather & father

trim the trees at 

ryedale.(our family farm)

       &

firtalize the trees...

these trees aren't just any ordinary trees.

they are, summer apple, apple, pair,

cheery, apricot, even peach trees.

       .yum. cant wait for that fruit. 

this spring/summer i want to:

• ride bikes.. alot

• HIKE.

• wear dresses.. all day long.

• fly a kite. up to the highest height.

• play night games.

• learn to write in cursive. better.

• have picnics. lots.

• have tea parties. and dress-up.

• wear Jesus shoes.

• learn to play the guitar

• maybe love♥ a little.

• get skinny.

• love to read. jane.austen

• wear my swimsuit. nonstop.

• become a lady. in waiting.

• get super tan.


oh i'm sure there are many more.. but for now.
  

 i want to see the flowers bloom and watch them grow as i grow. this spring i want to be the best person i can.. figure out what i want to do with my life and just be. be me.

a couple weeks ago i went to the Provo Temple.

 {  no not to stock my missionaries  }

and as i was walking out a

sweet lady says to me: 

"looks like you've been busy."

i said, "yes i have!"

and we both walk out the door and

i know we both had that feeling of delight 

as you do when you walk out of the 

gorgeous temple

that feeling of delight is when you know you are worthy to be 

at the temple in the lords presence

and are doing service for your heavenly father above.

as we get outside i realized what a wonderful day it was.

it really was such a beautiful day,

so i said that to her and she agreed

and she says.. "who did you come here with"

i said shamelessly, "myself."

and the sweet women says,

"yeah, we don't need anyone do we"

{ i'm pretty sure she was a widow }

and i thought to myself.

NO! i don't! i dont need no anyone.

all i need is the lord 

and one day, he will provide me with my

darling husband♥

Special Olympics

a week ago my mother&I had the opportunity to help

with the Special Olympics

( the bowling one }

last year we did the same thing and we worked with little kids this year we worked with the adults.

and let me tell you, they still act like little kids.

they were cute, they were all flirting

{ even with me.. yikes! }

but they were having a good time.

it's so crazy to me that they get to go straight to the highest kingdom. but i'll be right there with them!! .hopefully.

i know, my mom thinks of these things, she is the most self-less person i know! we both love doing service and she is constantly helping others.



hopefully at one point of my life
i can be as spiritually strong as her
and be as willing to help others.
